Privacy Policy

This policy explains how KP Mortgage Brokers handles personal information collected through this website. It does not cover information collected during a loan application, which is governed by the separate privacy consent and credit guide you are given before an application is lodged.

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, the type of lending you are asking about, and whatever detail you choose to include in the message field.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or session recording on this site. No third party receives your browsing behaviour from these pages.

This site sets no tracking cookies. Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your own browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. That value never leaves your device and is not linked to you.

Basic server logs, including IP addresses, may be recorded by our hosting provider for security and to limit automated abuse of the enquiry form.

Enquiry details are emailed to us so we can respond to you. They are used to answer your question and to have the follow-up conversation you asked for, and for nothing else.

Delivering that email involves a third party email service acting on our instructions. It transmits the message and does not use your details for any purpose of its own.

We do not sell your information, we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking, and we do not pass your details to lenders or any other third party unless you instruct us to as part of an application.

Enquiries that do not become clients are kept only as long as needed to deal with the conversation, then deleted. Where you go on to become a client, record keeping obligations under Australian credit legislation apply and are explained in the documents provided at that time.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal information, you can raise the matter with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

This site is served over HTTPS with a restrictive content security policy, and the enquiry form is rate limited. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, so please do not send identity documents, tax file numbers or bank statements through the website form. We will tell you the secure way to send those when the time comes.
